• Real estate agents: When you submit an inquiry, request a tour, or otherwise initiate contact with an agent through the Platform, we share your contact details and inquiry information with the relevant agent
• Service providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information solely for the services they provide to us
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process, such as a subpoena, court order, or government request
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction
